Dual Kherr

It is the patented material found on the front panels of most of our products.
It is composed of silicon and aluminum. Silicon is a material that, due to its composition, has a high capacity for heat absorption, while aluminum is one of the elements with the highest thermal conductivity.
With Dual-Kherr®, we guarantee optimal heat transfer to any room and ensure that warmth lasts longer. Temperature differences between the highest and lowest parts of the room are reduced, consequently lowering energy consumption.

The front part improves heat transfer to the room in a homogeneous way for much longer thanks to its thermal inertia.

On the back of the panel, a fan-shaped design can be seen that improves heat absorption and accumulation across the entire surface of the panel.

In this image, which represents the heat given off by a radiator with Dual Kherr, it can be seen that the temperature is more or less homogeneous across the entire surface, so the thermal comfort is greater.

Other types of heaters do not have that feature.

Only a thermoset material at its maximum density can accumulate heat and remain stable indefinitely.
During its production process, the raw materials undergo a refining process creating microparticles that are placed in molds and subjected to a pressure of 2000 Tn (in pieces of 100x50cm).
They then undergo a heating process at 1200°C for several hours, leaving the piece in a semi-liquid state. This process makes the piece completely stable and homogeneous, achieving its maximum density due to the contraction it undergoes during the heating process.
No resin or binder is used, only pressure and heat. This is why the material becomes unalterable.
All parts undergo a final inspection process using electronic camera and planimetric quality control to detect any possible defects or alterations.
That's why we offer a lifetime guarantee.
Dual-Kherr® means energy savings
Dual-Kherr® allows for a faster rise in ambient temperature.
Comparison of the increase in ambient temperature

Dual-Kherr® provides a slower decrease in ambient temperature.
Comparison of ambient temperature decrease

Dual-Kherr® does not reduce air humidity
Convection current temperature variation

Under normal working conditions, once the setpoint temperature has been reached, the temperature of the convection stream is reduced to 30ºC and does not dehumidify the room air.
Dual-Kherr® reduces convection current and increases radiation, allowing for greater thermal comfort
Variation in the speed of the convection current

The current speed increases rapidly until the set temperature is reached. From that point on, it decreases drastically and stabilizes at values close to 0.
Dual-Kherr® technology allows our equipment to raise the ambient temperature much faster and maintain that heat for much longer than any other type of heater.
Under the same conditions of room size and type, heater power… this is how the different types of heaters available on the market perform:
Standard convection radiator

A standard convection heater will heat the room very quickly, but the temperature will also drop quickly once it is switched off.
Fluid radiator

A fluid radiator will keep the room warm for longer but will also take longer to heat the room.
Climastar radiator

CLIMASTAR inertial units will heat the room very quickly. The DUAL-KHERR® technology incorporated into them will maintain the room temperature for much longer.
Dual-Kherr® heat accumulation technology minimizes temperature stratification, preventing overheating in the upper part of the room, consequently reducing energy consumption.
Radiant heat

In a room where heat is mainly transmitted by radiation, a lot of time or a lot of power will be needed to achieve a comfortable temperature.
Convective heating

In convection heating, the temperature between the upper and lower parts of the room will be different, so it will be necessary to overheat that upper part to achieve a comfortable temperature.
Dual-Kherr

Dual-Kherr technology transmits heat by both convection and radiation, rapidly increasing the room temperature, homogenizing the temperature, preventing overheating, and improving thermal comfort.
